All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is successfully completed.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
No APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We do not ship to military bases, including APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. For security and processing efficiency, shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has entered the processing stage.
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Lucy Velle is not responsible for transit delays, packages marked as "delivered" but not received, or items lost/damaged in transit due to:
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Peak holiday volumes or carrier delays
Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout
